Perspectives

One of my favorite things in the world, besides coffee, is to travel. I’m intrigued by different cultures, and I always look for the opportunity to explore new places. I speak both English and Spanish at home, but I’ve always had felt passionate about French, which I have been studying for almost ten years. I have many different interests, with strengths mainly in the humanities, languages, and arts. 

 

When I have free time, I enjoy reading, sketching, and especially spending time with my friends. I love landscapes and nature, and I always find myself watching the sunset and looking up at the sky.

 

My gap year at Surval represents the opportunity to learn about myself by experiencing new things. From here, I will go on to McGill University, where I hope to study International Development. Besides traveling and breaking from comfort zones, I think one of the most important things anyone could do is make a difference by helping others.
